My joy in architecture revolves around working with people to create wonderful spaces in which they will work, play, live…. I believe I can improve the quality of life for my clients and make the world a healthier, more beautiful place. I cannot do this alone. It is important that the client be an integral part of the design team. What we create together will be their building and it must meet their needs. It must also meet the needs of the greater world, particularly by minimizing energy demands. I believe it is irresponsible to design less than highly energy efficient buildings and landscapes. I am committed to make my designs part of the solution, not part of the problem.
